Why does Skype cause my computer to freeze EVERY TIME I receive or make a video call?? I have to unplug, re-start and then it’s fine on the 2nd attempt.
There should be a way to get an answer without having to pay $38 to some unknown “tech”. I prefer to get an answer from Skype.
Thanks.
It should be quite simple to go to your website and find out how to connect with the most common, free service, video chat, but it’s not. It was a complete waste of my time. I think you are wasting a lot of space trying to be cute and not concentrating on being, clear, direct, and intuitive.
I have used Skype a couple of times, but not lately. It used to just be a matter of signing in, clicking once or twice and “bingo” I’m video chatting with someone. Well, I’ve reset my password, updated to the newest version and I still keep getting a window that tells me to check my network settings. As near as I can tell, there are no network settings that are relevant for me to change. Other computers have successfully video chatted on this network. I can’t seem to even connect.
